At Minnomall, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Include the original packaging and any tags.

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at mail@homelycart.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping instructions and address.

  3. Please note: items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.



Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty or wellness items).

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale).


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original product and place a new order once your refund is processed.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without needing to provide a reason. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
